Eurocell Profiles has joined forces with South Yorkshire-based conservatory installer JSS
Installations to promote the recycling of its windows and doors.
‘Passion for recycling’ is an initiative set up by JSS Installations to help the environment and
prove that a businesses running costs can be driven down by investing a little time and effort into
green activities. JSS has resolved to recycle as much as it possibly can from its sites,
administration offices and showrooms.
Eurocell supplies JSS Installations with its Ultimate 70 PVC-u Window profiles, along with its
conservatory roof system, which are used to fabricate its range of conservatories. Supplying into
trade, retail and local authority sectors, JSS installers take great care in separating down its
waste materials for recycling, whilst encouraging tradesmen and customers to do the same, so that
scrap can be taken off their hands and recycled. Indications are that local authorities will soon
require the majority of the material on their site to be recycling, which means JSS Installations is
already well ahead of the market.
On site, Passion for recycling involves separating the materials from old windows and doors,
such as plastic, glass, metal and timber. Once separated, they are distributed to the relevant
recycling centres in a JSS dedicated vehicle.
