Things Are Sparking As Corrosion Experts Move To New Office HQ

Despite the global recession, Icorr a corrosion and inspection specialist seems to be doing just fine as they have recently moved to a newly built £4m headquarters located in Aberdeen.

Located at the Minto Commercial Park in suite 1, the new office allows the company to address the needs of its global customer base and the needs of its customers in the UK due to a larger shared office and the inclusion of modern training facilities.

Managing director of Icorr, George Watson, stated that the new headquarters allows Iccor to accommodate all the facilities that they envision needing in the future as well as in the present. Watson went on to mention that the staff has found the move to be beneficial as the new office space is both modern and open to help encourage further growth.

The new offices spread over three stories to add up to 17,000sq ft which is almost twice the size of the previous area of Iccor in Altens at Greenwell Road. Outside the new offices in the Aberdeen business area also has a workshop and concrete yard to aid technology development.

According to Watson, the new workshop will allow the staff of 100 at the new location to work towards providing viable solutions for the corrosion and inspection services that the company offers to clients.

Icorr is an international company that employs 200 people over all with additional satellite offices in Perth, Benelux, Houston, Arlesford, Kuala Lampur, and Baku.
